This listing is for a handmade solid oak wooden wall mounted coat rack, with cast iron GNER Embossed( Great Northern Eastern Railway hooks. Perfect for an entryway or porch.

Solid Oak has been finished to a high standard with antique wax oil , it maintains a rustic aesthetic whilst being silky smooth to the touch. Meticulously sanded and oiled with a high grit to retain the natural grain and character.

The first one came and we requested a return and replacement as all three hooks on the board were not on straight. Communication was poor, we chased the delivery. On 1 November we were told to expect it in 2 or 3 days, 4 days later we chased it again and were told they will check with dispatch and update us. The second one arrived eventually after having to contact the seller more than once, one of the hooks on this one had a piece of cardboard behind it to pack it out. We had to pack it out ourselves in order to correct the shoddiness. We should have sent this one back as well but we decided to vote with our feet and have nothing more to do with this seller. Definitely would not recommend.

This rack is exactly as pictured and described. It is of excellent quality and well made. It came expertly packaged in a very short time. I was astounded at how fast since it came from the UK! It is perfect and works well for the back of my door. Beautiful piece.
