The pulley wheels that screws into the celling came apart, so the clothes airer could not be fitted to the celling at all. All the screws were missing which they didn't acknowledge at all. IronmongeryWorld were not that helpful at all. In the end Etsy.com who luckily I purchased it through stepped in and issued a full apology and refund. I never heard from Ironmongery World again.

Ironmongery has a great selection and a lot of unique items that are hard to find elsewhere. I can't speak highly enough of their customer service, as we had issues (no fault of their own) with my purchase being lost in shipping and then arriving damage. They were quick to respond and make things right. So the minus one star for shipping is just for a buyer to be aware that stuff happens, especially internationally, don't expect it to arrive right away, bonus if it does. :) Thanks Ironmongery!
