Disappointed! It is not made clear that the personalisation box is for the customer to leave a contact telephone number and not for the personalisation of the product!!!

Disappointed, the personalisation box should be made very clear that it is needed for a contact telephone number and not for the personalisation of the product. Even though we added a personalisation, this was not picked up by the company to explain how the box, in this case, was to be used for.
