Was excited for this toilet paper holder. It’s very nice and well made. The issue I have is with the seller. I’m in the US and our standard rolls (not jumbo/XL rolls) do not fit this. The only way I could use it is if I partially use a roll then put it on which is ridiculous. The seller will accept returns but you have to pay for shipping out of your own pocket. The shipping is $40 and the item is $30. I’ve already paid $40 once. I’m not paying a total of $80 round trip shipping for a $30 refund. The seller knows all of this. When we had our conversation about all this their reply was, “This holder fits standard UK rolls thanks”. So I mentioned the fact they ship worldwide and should say in the description that it won’t fit US standard rolls and they said, “will do thanks”. They have not updated description after several weeks.
