This seller has “personalization” listed for a customizable product. I filled this section out with what I would like my item to say. The seller completely ignored that and sent what he wanted. Never offering a real solution to HIS misunderstanding of what personalization actually means. He requested I ship the item back which would cost me triple the amount of the products. This was not my mistake, but HIS. If he was confused about my personalization request he should have reached out me instead of taking my money and blindly sending out items I do not want. Attached are pics of the personalization section and the “order notes” section he is confused about the two asking for a phone number in personalization instead of “order notes”. I will be opening a dispute. The seller needs to update their page and quit scamming buyers.
