DetailsReproduction antique tapestry rods sets in Fleur De Lys.
Available in 0.9meter or 2 meter rod option
For use with tapestries that have a fabric tunnel at the back. Can also be used with small rings and clamps which are usually available to purchase from curtain retailers.
These rods are designed to extend a small distance (3cm) from the wall to help keep the tapestry aired and prevent mildew or mould appearing on the tapestry when rooms are without heating.
Also suitable for thick tapestries and tassels if used.
We suggest you purchase a tapestry rod that will be around 1" to 2" longer than your tapestry.
As a guide 09m tapestry rod will fit a tapestry upto 35" and the 2m tapestry rod will fit a tapestry upto 72".
Finial sizes are:
Fleur De Lys 5cm x 11cm
Outer rod diameter 16mm, inner rod diameter 13mm. -
