Poor customer service. Would avoid this place 100% . I requested replacement to support small businesses pretending to send same via Royal Mail but Royal Mail never received. He offered refund but that again hasn’t materialised. Had to get help from Etsy and Klarna . Now nearly 3 weeks and only now he’s sent me returns label and now stating no refund till he receives items. My question why did it take him 3 weeks to supply returns label. I’m happy to return as items in usable. Theses are iron items packaged in clear packaging so they would have be visibly shown broken before sending me them . Awful
