Made in the most traditional of methods by craftsmen. Each item in hand-cast and hand-finished to give you products which will not only enhance your period or traditional home.

Finish: Natural iron lacquered
Designed for interior doors
Sizing tip: the strap part of the hinge should ideally cover two thirds of the door width.
Regular maintenance with household wax polish is required to prevent rusting

While the hinges I bought looked nice and seemed solid, the item listing didn’t specify that they were for indoor use only. Buyers be aware of this! That info was in the item description but not easily seen. This info needs to be in the item listing and further up in the item description. We used these on three wooden gates outside and pre-drilled holes into our concrete pillars and secured them with concrete screws. After only a two days, three of the hinges snapped (one in the center and the other two on the hinge) and the other three are already rusting. I contacted the seller in hopes of a partial refund but they were unable to assist.
