    Arrived on time. Pleased with purchase.

    I love the look of this product and I don’t regret buying it BUT one of the sides keeps falling down and I have to use pliers every so often to tighten the nut down otherwise it’s hard to pull the toilet paper without it ripping.

    Not sure where to message again - but my piece came crooked and does not sit right with the toilet paper roll on or off. Looks like one bracket is either bent or too short. Trying to get a replacement in better condition. So far just said it would be fine with toilet paper roll on - but still looks kittywompus. Help. David
