the item was fine but the sellers return policy is not adequate or helpful - pay for a solid brass item by royal mail would cost me more than the price of the item

Hi would recommend this highly great quality and is beautiful as a picture but me being a bit blonde thought all letter boxes are standard but luckily I’m married to a builder so he’s had to make it fit by adding wood into our original letterbox size and making it fit
