Shelf brackets are hand fabricated from Heavy Duty thick steel metal.
The supplied finish is raw/bare steel with clear wax finish.
These brackets can be easily painted using a suitable metal finish.
We like to keep ours looking sharp with a quick coat of bees wax every now and then. If left bare the metal will patina and change colour over time.
If used in a damp or steamy environments a coating is advisable to avoid premature rust.
